Can't say I grew up watching Tiny Toons, but I watched a couple of episodes on YouTube some years back, and I thought it was funny!

I'm also trying some new outline techniques and oh my God, this new technique is so much easier. I basically just used layers (Seriously, why didn't I just do this before )
