Description

I must say, I'm VERY proud of this one.

This pairing is absolutely adorable!!
I love the Doctor, he's such a cutie (especially with glasses and that little tie on)
and I love Derpy, she's so cuddly

Why can't I hug them both??????

I quite love this picture especially since it's about Derpy and Doctor Whooves, but there are a few areas I find need to be pointed out.
The first thing is the sky: I'm quite sure this is a sunrise because the title is about the day being theirs, but the moon and sun seem a bit off. They really shouldn't be right above each other unless it's going to form an solar eclipse. I would have moved the moon sideways and maybe lower it down a bit. The next thing I will point out are the bubbles: I find it somewhat weird that Derpy's sitting on it just looks a bit odd from my point of view (especially since she can fly) and I think it would balance the picture out with another big bubble or getting rid of it entirely. There should also be seven bubbles on Derpy's side/cutemark. And I don't think the black outline is needed; either make it the shape you want or make it a full picture (which I would love since it really catches my eye).
Now for the good of the critique! The shading is really well done and you really know how to work the light of the sun here. The glow around them really gives this piece a calm and peaceful feel to it which you are trying to show. Your pony form is spot on, but at the same time looks like your own style with the lines. The background of the sky and ground is so pretty! I love how the flowers look like it was used with a paint sponge and I like how it gets smaller as it goes back like a true setting. The clouds look so realistic and the sun and moon do too.
Great work on this piece and you don't have to take my changes to heart. Like I said I really love this piece and will favorite it.
